PriLite  ABS樹脂合板

For PriLite boats, the ABS-combination plates, sealed with UV-resistant Perspex, are pulled into the hot moulds, which have a computerized process, using heat and vacuum.

The upper and lower parts of the boat are inseparably joined together by a double-sided U-profile.

This profile additionally strengthens the sides of the kayak against impact.

The mounting of deck mountings and interior fittings are thoroughly done by hand, as on all Prijon boats.

Advantages: PriLite boats are approx. 20% lighter than comparable kayaks made of HTP.

At the same time there is a clear advantage regarding stability compared to GFK or Carbon/ Aramide.

The inside of the boat should not be permanently exposed to sun (store upside down!).

PriLite材質的獨木舟是使用ABS樹脂合板和用抗紫外線的Perspex有機玻璃密封，然後被拉進去具有使用高溫及真空的電腦控制的熱製模。

船的上部和下部利用一個雙邊U型的結合條密合在一起。

這個U型同時加強了船側邊的防撞能力。

甲板製成和內部的設置就像其他PRIJON的船一樣，完全手工。

優點：PriLite材質的獨木舟重量較HTP材質的獨木舟輕20%。

同時，和GFK及Carbon/ Aramide材質的船相比，PriLite比較穩定。

船的內部不能長時間曝曬在陽光下(儲存時要倒著放)。

+ 比HTP材質的船輕。

+ 比GFK和Carbon Aramide材質的船耐用。

- 比HTP材質的船更容易受到硬力的磨損跟刮傷的影響。
